A Sad Loss for Us All

Well, I just got the news that Paul Harvey has passed away.

I've lost so many family members and familiar faces in the past three years, uncles, aunts, TV and radio personalities I grew up with, and my grandmother.

His wife passed away last year, and I’m convinced that when a man loses his wife first, he usually doesn’t live much longer. But if a man passes first, the wife often lives on for many years. I’m not sure why the Lord made it that way.
