Banks

Well, I am trying to buy that land in Tennessee that is shown on my webpage. I have been dealing with Fifth Third Bank for going on 2 months now. Still no deal. Well, today I was told that the loan has been approved all along. But, due to sickness at the bank or the appraisal not being done, we would have to delay closing. Well, the day before the actual closing the banks up and calls and states well this trailer that is on the land has to be moved first. Well, I said you people knew about the trailer and said it was ok that the seller have 30 days from closing to remove the trailer. Now it is not ok and the seller refuses to move the trailer first unless I give him 12000 in non refundable cash. Why can't things just work like the supposed too.
